Please Note: If you requested your account to be deleted, you will not be able to create another MySudo account. If you try to open MySudo after the deletion process is complete, you will see a full-screen message saying the account is Suspended. This is expected behavior as a step in the process is locking the account.

Unfortunately, MySudo will have no control over refunds or purchases as they go directly through Apple.
According to Apple’s Terms of Service, all sales are final, however, Apple does provide a simple refund process which can be followed below:
MySudo for Android:
Google does not give refunds for most Google Play purchases.
