If you receive a message saying your account is locked because you're in a country MySudo doesn't support, the account will not be unlocked.

MySudo for iOS
MySudo has no control over refunds or purchases as they go directly through Apple.
According to Apple's terms of service, all sales are final, however, Apple does provide a simple refund process at this link: https://www.labnol.org/software/itunes-app-store-refunds/13838/
MySudo for Android
Google doesn't give refunds for most Google Play purchases, but here's a link for more information: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
