If you've received a message that your account was deleted, it's because one of these has happened:
- You requested account deletion via the MySudo in-app account settings.
- You submitted a Support ticket asking us to delete your account.
- You also have MySudo VPN and asked us to delete your MySudo VPN account. The two apps share security keys and they're linked together. If you permanently delete one account, you also delete the other.
You would have received warnings alerting you that deleting an account is final and you can't create a new one.
