How long do you store my personal bank account information?

We store your bank account details in a secure tokenized* form in the Sudo Platform. This allows us to charge your funding bank account when you make purchases with your virtual cards, without us needing access to your banking details.

We store the secure tokenized* form of your funding bank account in the Sudo Platform as long as you maintain the bank account as a funding source. We use industry best practice to securely store this token.

The service provider that we use to process virtual card payments retains information about your funding bank account as part of the transaction. This information includes the institution providing the bank account, type of account (e.g. checking or savings), and the last 4 digits of the account number.
