Can I use a VPN with MySudo?

Yes!

However, if you are having issues with MySudo while connected to a VPN, you may be connected to a VPN egress point we have restricted. 

You may be able to work around this issue in some cases via the following options:

Option 1:

• Try connecting to a different VPN Server (exit point)
• Kill MySudo (close-down completely)
• Re-open MySudo and check the behavior
• Repeat for different VPN Servers if needed

Option 2:

• With some VPNs you can go into the VPN settings and force a protocol change (ie. force the protocol to use WireGuard or IPSec instead of OpenVPN)
• Kill MySudo (close-down completely)
• Re-open MySudo and check the behavior

Option 3:

• Download MySudo VPN from the App Store or Play Store!
• MySudo VPN is optimised to work efficiently with the MySudo app
