Have your order number ready or give our Support team the name you used on the purchase.

Tap the Settings icon on the left side of the navigation screen.

Click/tap Contact Support.

Click on the link under Contact Support to open the Support request form:

The subject field will say: “Reclaim refund request”.

Complete all remaining required fields.

Include your order number or name on the purchase.

Explain why you are requesting a refund so our Support team can review it.

Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

You will instantly receive an email confirmation of your request. If Support approves your refund request, you will be refunded directly to the payment method you used to subscribe; likely within 3-4 business days.
Refund policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
