If you are having issues sending or receiving emails in MySudo Desktop, check your Wi-Fi connection is stable. If you're not on Wi-Fi, check your device's data connection.
If your internet connection is working normally but you still can't send or receive emails from MySudo Desktop, unlink from your current MySudo Desktop session then re-link your device and try again.
