Data visible in a MySudo app instance on your mobile device is stored on the device, so that it can be displayed to you. This includes:
- Sudo profile information (Sudo name, image/icon, contacts, notes); and
- Sudo activity data information (email, Sudo-to-Sudo messages, Sudo-to-NonSudo messages)
This data remains on the user’s device until it is deleted by the user. For example, when an email message is deleted by a MySudo user, the message is removed from the device at that time.
The Sudo Platform currently stores all data in the United States on a selection of commercial-grade cloud providers. MySudo data is encrypted so that it can only be decrypted by your private key on your device. Those private keys are never transmitted or stored in the Sudo Platform.
