Your subscription entitlements will renew on the same day each month* that you originally purchased a plan.
*If you purchased a yearly subscription your entitlements will renew monthly and your subscription will be charged annually on the same day and month you originally purchased the yearly plan.
- Tap the Menu in the top left corner
- Tap Plans
- Your expiration information is noted below the colored Plan box
Here you will see your current plan, cost, renew date, and entitlements remaining for the month.
If at any time you decide to upgrade to the next plan, your subscription renewal date will reflect your new purchase date each month.
Please Note: If you upgrade in the middle of a subscription cycle and/or you have remaining entitlements on the month, they will not roll over into the next cycle; your subscription starts brand new with the allotted messages and calling time limited on the plan.
