If you are not using a VPN, your iPhone and/or MySudo notifications may not be properly setup.
Are you trying to Video Call a non-MySudo phone number?
- Video Calling is only supported Sudo-to-Sudo
Ensure you have given MySudo access to your Camera and Microphone:
- Tap Settings from your iPhone/device home screen
- Scroll down to MySudo
- Tap MySudo to see all options enabled for MySudo
- Ensure Microphone and Camera settings are enabled (green)
Check that your device's Do Not Disturb feature is disabled:
- Tap the Settings app from your device's home screen
- Tap Do Not Disturb
- Ensure it is disabled
Check that your device's time/date settings are set to "Automatic":
- Tap the Settings app from your device's home screen
- Tap General
- Tap Date & Time
- Ensure Set Automatically is enabled
Check that you have notifications enabled in MySudo:
- Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap the Sudo profile you want to edit
- Tap Notification Settings
- Under the Calls section, ensure Receive Call Notifications is enabled
Check that you have notifications enabled on your phone/device:
MySudo for iOS:
- Tap Settings from your iPhone/device home screen
- Scroll down to MySudo
- Tap MySudo to see all options enabled for MySudo
- Tap Notifications and ensure that you have Allow Notifications enabled
MySudo for Android:
Settings can vary by phone. For more info contact your device manufacturer.
- Go to Settings on your Device
- Tap on Apps & notifications or ‘Installed Apps’
- Select MySudo in the list of Apps
- Ensure Show Notifications is enabled
