How do I cancel my subscription?

If you no longer wish to have your MySudo subscription auto-renew each month, you can cancel it at anytime in your Settings. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

MySudo for iOS:

• Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
• Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
• Tap View Apple ID (You may need to authenticate your Apple ID)
• Tap Subscriptions
• Tap the MySudoApp Subscription
• Tap Cancel Subscription

MySudo for Android:

• On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
• Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
• Tap Menu  Subscriptions
• Select MySudo
• Tap Cancel Subscription
• Follow the instructions
