Why is the call recorded in my device call log?

One of the features of iOS CallKit is that it will keep your recent calls in your MySudo call log as well as your iOS device call log for easy access and convenience. 

You will be able to tell which calls are from MySudo because the name of your Sudo profile will appear next to the incoming or outgoing contact name or phone number.

*This does not apply to Android devices
