How do I change my Voicemail greeting?

You can record a different voicemail message for each Sudo!

• Tap the Sudo icon in the top left corner

• Tap the Sudo you want to edit 

• Tap Sudo Settings

• Tap Voicemail Greeting

Custom greeting:

• Out-of-Network: When a non-MySudo user calls you and you do not answer, they will hear your custom recorded voicemail greeting.

• In-Network: When a MySudo user calls you and you do not answer, the call will drop and you will see a “No Answer” message.

Default greeting:

• Out-of-Network: When a non-MySudo user calls you and you do not answer, they will hear a standard greeting: ”Sorry, the person you are calling is not available. Please leave a message." 

• In-Network: When a MySudo user calls you and you do not answer, the call will drop and they will see a “No Answer” message.
