If you are having issues sending or receiving emails on MySudo Web, it is most likely due to a connection issue between your iPhone/iPad and your desktop computer or laptop.
First, check that your Wi-Fi connection (or device data connection if not on Wi-Fi) is stable. Try navigating to other websites on the web to see if your connection is working as normal--your browser will inform you if you are unable to connect online or do not have Wi-Fi connection at all. Turn your Wi-Fi off and then back on to reset your connection. Check that you have normal internet connection to other websites again. If it was an internet connectivity issue, this should solve the problem in MySudo Web as well.
If your internet connection is working normally (and you can pull up other websites in your web browser without connection issues) but you are still unable to send or receive emails from MySudo Web, try unpairing from your current MySudo Web session and then pair your device again to start a new session with MySudo Web.
If you continue to have issues after troubleshooting your internet/Wi-Fi connection and re-pairing your device to a new MySudo Web session, please send in a support ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help troubleshoot your issue and find the solution.
