The supported file types that you can send in a message or email are as follows:

Videos:
- .mp4
- .x-m4v
- Quicktime (.mov)
The size limits differ depending on if they communication is Sudo-to-Sudo or Sudo-to-NonSudo.
Sudo-to-Sudo attachments size limit:
- Emails - due to encryption, the allowed size of attachments varies
- Messages - due to encryption, the allowed size of attachments varies
Sudo-to-NonSudo attachments size limit:
- Emails - 7 MB
- Messages - 10 MB
