The supported file types that you can send in a text message or email are as follows:
Images:
- .png
- .jpeg
- .gif
Videos:
- .mp4
- .x-m4v
- Quicktime (.mov)
The size limits differ depending on if the communication is Sudo-to-Sudo or Sudo-to-NonSudo.
Sudo-to-Sudo attachments size limit:
- Email attachments - due to encryption, the allowed size of attachments varies
- Text Message attachments - due to encryption, the allowed size of attachments varies
Sudo-to-NonSudo attachments size limit:
- Email attachments - 7 MB
- Text Message attachments - 10 MB
