If you are having issues sending or receiving texts on MySudo Web, it is most likely due to a connection issue between your iPhone/iPad and your desktop or laptop computer.
After ensuring that you are on a stable Wi-Fi or data connection, you can try unpairing your device from MySudo Web and then pair again to a new session.
