We recommend setting up a PIN or Biometric ID (touch/facial recognition) to add an extra layer of security to access your MySudo account. With this setting enabled, you will only be able to open the MySudo app after providing your PIN or Biometric ID.
Please note: You will need to add a PIN before enabling Biometric security. You will also need to remember this PIN if you wish to disable Biometric security in the future.
Ensure you remember your PIN or securely store it as we have no way to reset the PIN for you.
The MySudo PIN is independent of your iOS or Android passcode. However if you have Touch or Facial Recognition enabled, MySudo will give you the option to use your Biometric ID instead of a PIN.
To set a PIN for MySudo
MySudo for iOS:
- Tap the Sudo icon in the top left corner
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap PIN
If you have set Touch ID or Facial Recognition in your iOS device settings, you will be prompted to use your Biometric ID (touch or facial recognition depending on your device).
If you tap Allow, you can use Touch ID or Face ID instead of the PIN you have just set.
If you tap Don't Allow, you will need to use the PIN to open MySudo.
