For virtual cards only, we ask you to enter your accurate and up-to-date legal identity information (name, residential address, and date of birth), and in some cases additional information such as an image of a government-issued driver license, to comply with US government regulations to limit the risk of fraud, money laundering and funding of terrorist activities.

To meet regulatory and compliance requirements, Anonyome Labs Inc. also retains the legal identity information you provide in the Sudo Platform. We use industry standard measures to protect this data, including limiting access to the data to only those people and systems with a strict business need. We encrypt this data when stored in the Sudo Platform.
