Why can’t the app verify my personal information?

Here are a few things to check:

Is your information free of spelling errors?
Is your network connection stable?
Does the information you’re using match what appears on your government-issued IDs? For example, if your driver license says "Chris", but your friends call you "CJ", enter "Chris" in the identity verification field. The data is verified against government data sources, so they need to match.
Are you over 21 years of age?
