I can’t create virtual cards on my second (multi) device

Due to a backend virtual card registration limitation with multiple devices, you will need to transfer your MySudo account over to your second device again to allow virtual cards to work on that second device.

This can quickly be done with the in-app QR Scan Code feature!

First: Create a backup! (not required but suggested)

• In MySudo Settings, tap Backup & Import/Export

• Tap Set Recovery Password
  

• Go through the steps to create a password (we cannot recover this for you so keep it secure!)

• Create an iTunes or iCloud backup

Next: Transfer the account to second device
Device A = device where Virtual Cards IS working
Device B = device where Virtual Cards is NOT working

On Device A:

• Tap Settings

• Tap Backup & Import/Export

• Tap Export to Another Device
  

On Device B:

• Tap Settings

• Tap Backup & Import/Export

• Tap Import From Another Device
