*Coming soon to Android*
All Call Settings and Notification Settings are configured on a per Sudo basis, to enable Silence Unknown Callers follow the steps below:
- Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap the Sudo profile you want to edit
- Tap Calls
- Enable or Disable Silence Unknown Callers
With this setting enabled, any incoming call from unknown numbers that are not in your Contacts will be silenced (will not ring) and sent directly to voicemail. The missed call record and/or voicemail record will however be displayed on the Calls list/iOS Recents.
An incoming call from NO CALLER ID will behave the same as a caller not in your contacts:
-If Silence Unknown Callers is enabled, the incoming call will go straight to voicemail
-If Silence Unknown Callers is disabled, the incoming call will ring and can be answered.
Incoming calls from any of your Contacts (MySudo/Device) will ring as normal.
Silence Unknown Callers is set on a per Sudo basis. Therefore you might enable this feature for a Sudo that you only use for communicating with Family & Friends for example. Whereas a Sudo used for selling online or for business, you would likely not enable this feature as you want to be able to answer all incoming calls. By default this feature is disabled.
