You have the ability to mute an entire Sudo profile or only a specific communication type (email, calls, messages) for a Sudo:
- Tap the Menu in the top right corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap the Sudo profile you want to edit
- Tap Notifications
- Disable (gray) the notifications you don’t want to see/hear for this Sudo profile
With the notification(s) disabled, you will not receive any notices of incoming communications for that disabled setting. When you open MySudo, you will see the red badge count on the Sudo profile to indicate new content.
______________
Example: If you disable Receive Email Notifications for your first Sudo, upon receiving a new email to your first Sudo the following would occur:
- You will not receive an email notification for this new incoming email
- You will not see the badge count on the MySudo app icon increase for this new email message
- When opening MySudo, you will not see this new incoming email listed in your Global Notifications view (bell in top right corner)
- From the Sudo switcher screen however, you will see that the badge count on your first Sudo has increased for this new email message
- Tapping into the first Sudo, you will notice the badge count on the email icon has increased, indicating a new email has arrived
- Tapping into the Email tab, you will see the new unread email message listed in your email viewer
