How to add someone to/join an active group video call?

To add someone that was not part of the initial group, end the group call and start a new one with the participant included.
For up to 5 minutes, original participants may join the call by tapping on the "Join" button on Call List or Call Details.
It is not possible to join a call 5 minutes after the original call was initiated, instead start a new call.
