Will my subscription transfer between iOS and Android devices?

If you are keeping both an iOS and Android device active in a multi-device state, the MySudo subscription plan is accessible by the 2nd device after you perform a MySudo account import/export transfer.

If you have a subscription through Apple but are moving to Android, and are getting rid of the iOS device, the subscription is not transferred to Android.
-After you have moved the MySudo account from the iOS device to Android, cancel the subscription on the iOS device and purchase a new subscription on the Android device when the iOS subscription expires.
(Same information applies for Android-to-iOS)

Current Limitations:

• If you transfer your account from iOS to Android and are a US-based user, your virtual cards will not transfer as virtual cards are not yet available for Android.
• If you have virtual cards in iOS > transfer to Android > decide to transfer back to iOS, you will lose access to existing virtual cards, and will see an error when trying to see any closed virtual cards.
