If you know your contact is a MySudo user but you are unable to connect with them via your Sudo Handle:
- They may not be on a MySudo version that supports Sudo Handles (iOS 1.13.0+ & Android 1.5.0+)
- You or your contact may be having intermittent cellular or wi-fi connection issues
- You or your contact may be connected to an unsupported VPN egress point
- You or your contact have traveled outside of the MySudo supported countries
