Both MySudo users must be on iOS version 1.13.0 and Android 1.5.0 (or higher) to use
Sudo Handles-to-Sudo Handles communications.
- A user who is on a MySudo version that does not have Sudo Handles supported (1.12.0 or lower), may receive some communications from a handle user.
Please Note: The expected behaviors below only apply to Sudo Handles; your Sudo phone numbers will not be affected by which version a MySudo user is on.
-MySudo users on unsupported versions cannot initiate communications with Sudo Handle users.

Messaging:
Sudo Handle-to-unsupported versions:
iOS: Your message will send and be received. Your Sudo Handle will appear in their Messages thread view but not in the text thread itself; it will appear blank at the top of the screen.
Android: Your message will send and be received. Your Sudo Handle will appear in their Messages thread view and in the text thread itself.
Unsupported versions-to-Sudo Handle:
The message will send and be received. The text conversation will appear normal on the Sudo Handle-supported device.
Voice Calls
Sudo Handle-to-unsupported versions:
Your call will connect and your contact will see your Sudo Handle.
Unsupported versions-to-Sudo Handle:
iOS: The call will appear to try and connect but it will fail.
Android: The call will not connect and you will see: “An Error Occurred - Unable to start call. Please try again or contact support”
Video Calls:
Sudo Handle-to-unsupported versions:
iOS: Your call will connect and your contact will see your Sudo Handle.
Android: Your call will not connect.
Unsupported versions-to-Sudo Handle:
iOS: The call will not connect and you will see: “Call Failed".
Android: The call will not connect and you will see: “Unable to complete call - Call failed”.
