Lack of support for outside group chats is one of the few issues I have with MySudo but it’s enough of a problem that I’ve been contemplating porting my numbers out of MySudo / reducing my plan

Agreed, I have been considering the same thing. Something like JMP.chat is reasonably cheap and allows group messaging: I have been looking into that but would prefer to stay with Sudo.

Is there somewhere we can go to officially request features? I just joined MySudo recently and already thinking about dropping it due to lack of this. Would be very convenient to have this

As far as I know Group chat dosen't work with my sudo unless the other people in the chat use my sudo. If they don't us my sudo you will receive individual texts from everyone. so disappointed in that feature.

Agreed, I would love to be able to ditch my SIM number as my main number and rely on MySudo as a primary commuincations service, but it's hard to give up group SMS/MMS chat functionality. I also can't get all my friends and family members to switch to MySudo, this would be asking a lot of them.

If MySudo would be able to incorporate group SMS/MMS I would likely switch to using it full time, but for now that's off the table. I'll likely continue to only use the app for services, online accounts, etc. where group chat is not a critical factor.
