Forgot pm Sudo pin, how to I remove original install and create a new account?

I forgot my pin - not a big deal if I lose everything as my use cases are very point soecific - - I deleted the app on iPhone but after downloading the app I am still prompted for original pin - I canceled subscription. - but still can’t get to a state for a ‘clean install’ and create a new subscription etc

  I have the same problem, very frustrating. Emailed support, have yet to hear back.
