It appears that your account has had a high volume of telephone number resets that is atypical for regular personal use and is against our Terms of Service.  As a result you have hit one of our soft limits that won't allow you to add/reset anymore numbers until a cooling off period has occurred.

These limits are in place to protect the integrity and reputation of our service.  Most of our users of MySudo have long lived numbers with number resets being exception.

I’ve had My Sudo Max for almost seven months. In that time, I’ve had to reset two numbers due to an excessive amount of spam calls. I only have one unused number left, though like the original poster, I should have three, since I paid for nine usable numbers.

Instead, I received two that had to be cancelled within days of setup. I understand my receiving back to back spam calls day and night on numbers that I hadn’t even given out isn’t something your company can control, but how do you justify not allowing your customers to replace problem numbers that are out of our control as well?

According to your response to the original poster, there is a cooling off period before new numbers can replace the numbers that were reset, what is that timeframe? For me, almost seven months have passed, yet there’s no way on the app for me to replace those numbers.

thanks in advance for your response.
