Cannot accept incoming calls
Hi,
As the title says, I can’t answer incoming calls on my S21 Ultra. I get a notification popup with the option to decline or accept, but choosing either just closes the notification and it immediately reappears without actually declining or answering. Going into the app sometimes works, but usually takes so long the call goes to voicemail.
All apps/OS are up to date and I do not use a VPN. Thanks for your help!

Hi Greg, we have actually reproduced your issue internally and it appears this problem is happening on some Samsung devices only. Our development team are currently working on a fix and this will be included in our next update.
In the meantime to work around the issue, instead of tapping on the decline or accept button when the notification first comes in, tap on the notification itself to go into full screen mode. You can then successfully tap the decline or accept button from there.
