Registering
Trying to register for the first time on my iPhone and the app sits on the main page (mysudo logo) then says registering device, please try again in few seconds.
It has been now over 2 hours.
And I cannot find mysudo customer contact anywhere to contact them

Hi Check the following settings, if you are still unable to create an account you can contact the support team at support@mysudo.com
Check that your device Region is set to your country.
- On your device, tap Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Language & Region
- Region should be the same as your country
Check that your device time/date is set to Automatic- Tap Settings from your iPhone home screen
- Tap General
- Tap Date & Time
- Ensure Set Automatically is enabled
Check that Background App Refresh is enabled
- On your device, tap Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Background App Refresh
- Ensure it is toggled on
- If MySudo is in the list ensure this is also toggled on
