    Hi Check the following settings, if you are still unable to create an account you can contact the support team at support@mysudo.com

    Check that your device Region is set to your country.

    • On your device, tap Settings
    • Tap General
    • Tap Language & Region
    • Region should be the same as your country


    Check that your device time/date is set to Automatic

    • Tap Settings from your iPhone home screen
    • Tap General
    • Tap Date & Time
    • Ensure Set Automatically is enabled

     

    Check that Background App Refresh is enabled

    • On your device, tap Settings
    • Tap General
    • Tap Background App Refresh
    • Ensure it is toggled on
    • If MySudo is in the list ensure this is also toggled on
