Separate voicemails for contacts and unknown callers

I would like to propose that along with Silence Unknown Callers that a feature be implemented that allowed different voicemail messages to be played between known contacts and unknown callers. The need I have for this is to alert unknown callers in a unique way that their calls are not warranted and to provide more information for their calls versus just prompting my contacts to leave a brief message.

  This is an interesting feature request and not something we have heard of before, however understand how this could be useful. 👍
