Can't make phone calls

I just installed MySudo on an iPhone 12 Pro (iOS Version 16.5.1 c) and I'm unable to make phone calls.
- I'm located within the United States
- I've tried with and without a VPN
- I've tried on cellular and on WiFi
- I don't get any sort of error message; the call just seems to start (the timer starts) and then drops before any audio comes across from the other side.
- I've tried calling multiple phone numbers, each with an automated system that normally starts talking immediately.
- I've tried restarting the phone and deleting/reinstalling the app.
- I've tried with and without a bluetooth device connected.
- I've followed all the instructions in the "unable to make/receive a call" guide
What is going on and how can I fix it? I already paid the monthly fee to get started.

Anthony, it sounds like you have done a thorough job trouble shooting the issue. 👍 We would now need to lookup your account to debug the issue further and look for any clues. Would you be able to contact our support team from the app (menu in top left corner -> help) or via support@mysudo.com and provide the team with the same information you have provided above. I am sure the team will be able to resolve your issue quickly.

Anthony, I have just been alerted to the fact that our telephony provider had a network issue earlier today. The problem was resolved at approximately 4PM MT. Likely the problem you had was related to this unexpected network issue. Hopefully your calls are now all working. Please reach out if that is not the case.
