Error Depleting Phone Numbers

I subscribed to the Max level so I can have 9 sudos. I did not yet have any phone numbers set up, so I started doing so. I set up the number for my first sudo without issue.

However, when I tried to set up a phone number for the second sudo, I got an error. I selected the number, then the app threw an error. I tried again, and the same number I had tried before was still available, so selected it again, and once more got the error.

I tried again, selecting a different number, and still got the error. I tried one or two more times, and always got the error. Each time, the number I had selected still showed as available, too.

I tried again shortly after and now I get a message that I am out of resets and need to pay 99 cents for a new number. Due to the errors, I have never gotten beyond the first number "sticking." So now, I only have 1 out of 9 numbers I paid for and am being told I have to pay even more to attempt to get the 8 numbers I still don't have and have never had.

I have not reset any numbers, I have tried to apply my 9 numbers that come with the subscription level. But the error that kept recurring robbed me of 8 out of 9 numbers and now the app thinks I have used all of my resents, when I have actually performed no resets.

This needs to be fixed, please. All I want is to get all 9 numbers I paid for.

    Also---I attempted to get help from support by sending an email to the support address inside the Sudo app. The reply was a boilerplate copy and paste response that did not address my issue. It is clear someone either did not read my original email or did not care and just copy and pasted a generic reply that was no help, or perhaps worse, an automated system did so. In either case, support was NOT in any way helpful.
