Sudo crashing

MySudo was running just fine, but as of today it does nothing but crash as soon as I get past the authentication. I saw that I had two voicemails, so I went to check them, and it crashed the first time. Now every time I authenticate it immediately closes. I've force-closed the app and restarted the phone. I haven't cleared the cash yet because I don't know how much I can clear without losing my data in the app.
I suspect this is related to a recent update. Is this happening to anyone else?

Did you find a solution to this? I had the same problem. But luckily I was in the market for a new phone and so was able to switch to the new phone and get the app working. I was unable to get it to work on the old phone however and luckily I had a backup.
But Im still interested in how to solve this in case it happens again.
I really thing MySudo should be reading these posts and replying straight away. If they want to cut down on us actually talking to them to get support they should at least monitor the Support pages that THEY set up.

No, no solution so far. I've been interacting with MySudo support, but it's largely a series of, "Did you try this thing you already said you did?" questions. I've pondered getting a newer phone for various reasons. Just now, a call came in from my attorney's office and I was able to answer it and was speaking with someone, but when I tried to unlock, it disconnected the call. Maybe MySudo isn't a production-ready solution.

I found a solution. Apparently, the problem is with the voicemail stuff. I went into the app multiple times, trying to switch to email before it crashed. I was able to do it after a few tries, and I was then able to go to texts. I haven't tried to go back into the voicemail yet. In the mean time, MS Support says the issue will be fixed in the next release, next week.
