Backup of Android phone - recovery PW requirement on secondary phone

I am new to mySudo and followed the instructions to backup from one android phone to second android phone. Everything went well but on the secondary phone I have the red indicator requesting a back up recovery password. This seems strange to me. I thought the import would be all that I required. I would not want to add the recovery password every time I backup to the secondary phone.

My question - do I/should I re-enter the password on my secondary phone or do I just ignore the red recovery PW indicator. Afterall, this is my backup phone.
