    In regards to not seeing your incoming emails, perhaps there was an issue when you reset your email address.  I would suggest reaching out to the support team via support@mysudo.com so they can investigate your account. 

    In regards to adding phone numbers.  If you have already created 9 numbers on your account with SudoMax plan, if you delete a number and want to create a 10th number you will need to pay 99cents.  The app will promote you to pay when adding this 10th number.
