No SMS and No Emails Showing Since the Update

After getting the most recent iOS update, I can see a Preview of a new email or a new text but nothing ever shows up in the Inbox.

All I get is "Failed to find the message" or "Failed to find the email"

I'll see notifications per Card but nothing shows.  I can send and make phone calls but not receive anything anymore.

    I believe our support team were able to assist you and everything is back to normal.  Reach out if any other problems.

    I am having this issue as well. I also tried to send two texts today, and they are currently undelivered. The same happened a few times last month. I am still able to make and receive calls but unable to send outgoing texts. I have Mysudo on a few devices, and sometimes incoming texts are delayed on my apple device but show immediately on the android devices, and the same issues the original poster addressed about the email previews that are also delayed. Please address asap

    Reinstalling did fix it for me but today my texts show as Undelivered yet I think people are actually getting them.  I can make and receive calls.  I can receive emails as well which wasn't the case when I posted this one.

    All my text messages are failing to send.

    Same ... entirely different error that what fixed me before which was a Reinstall but it seems like this might be affecting a lot more people which leads me to believe it's something else and not me this round.

    Unfortunately there was an outage with messages, however the messaging issue should now be resolved.

    If you continue to experience issues, please send a ticket from within the app (Menu > Help > Contact Support) or email support@mysudo.com.
