Why keep MySudo?

I have a subscription and was using it just fine. But suddenly it was uninstalled from my phone. Not by me, and no other software was removed. I can only assume that it uninstalled itself. Fine, except that my recovery password isn't working. So I've lost my e-mails. I've lost my phone numbers. I wanted to use an IP number for as many things as I could because losing access to a cell number is way too easy these days, but apparently MySudo isn't an alternative. I have a paid subscription but lost everything? And I'm not able to cancel the subscription?
So, can anyone think of a single reason I shouldn't block future payments and wipe MySudo from my brain?

Sorry to hear about your issue. However we have never experienced any user ever having the MySudo app removed from their device or any other app for that matter without the user initiating it themselves. I cannot explain how this could happen unless somehow you accidentally did this yourself without realising it?
That said, if you are on iOS, reinstalling the app will recover your account on the same device. If on Android we can help you recover your email addresses and phone numbers for you manually, unfortunately we cannot recover your data/history.
