Known issue signing up to the Sudo Community on iOS and Safari browser!!
FeaturedThere is a known issue when a user attempts to initially sign-up to the Sudo Community from an iOS device!
Users on iOS devices have found that they are unable to create their initial password during the sign-up process. 😣 Some users have also had similar issues on the Safari browser running on MacOS. These issues are due to an error with our Community service provider's registration process on iOS and on the Safari browser. Hopefully this will be fixed soon!
In the meantime you can easily workaround this issue by:
- Copy the registration URL sent to your email address during the sign-up process
- Paste the URL to your browser on a desktop, laptop, or a browser running on a non-iOS device (and ideally not a Safari browser)
- Once you have successfully set your password, you will be able to successfully login and use the Sudo Community on iOS and the Safari browser without any issue
