Can't Dial 800 number

Does MySudo not allow dialing to 800 numbers? I am in the US and tried to dial a number and I get the error message:

 

Failed to call number

The country code you are calling is not supported at this time. 

 

I went to "Help" and "Contact Support" in the app but the button is not working. I tried shutting down and restarting the app and nothing happens when I press the "Contact Support" button. Am using an iphone. Is there an issue with the latest update?

  The "contact support" seems not to work when I change my primary Sudo.

  We have a hotfix for the toll free / 800 number issue. We are waiting on Apple to review and approve the release to the App store.

  Are you able to send an email from any of your Sudos to support@mysudo.com ?

  It only works from what was my primary sudo. So when I changed it to something else, it does not work, unless I change the primary sudo back to what it was originally. Is this a bug?

  The hotfix for the 800 issue is now available in the app store, if you haven't already updated.

   

  Rather than tapping the 'Contact Support' link, can you go to your emails and compose a new email to support@mysudo.com
