Using Sudo to unlock locked Twitter accounts

I tried to unlock a Twitter account with a Sudo number but Twitter said that the number was not supported. Are most of the numbers on Sudo not supported or are there still numbers that Twitter would accept? Has anyone been able to unlock a Twitter account with a Sudo Phone number?
