Please allow users to select custom texting backgrounds or simple colors like white or grey. The default backgrounds are not suitable for focused texting. Thanks!

  On iOS we do provide custom backgrounds that you can customise to your liking.  Please see changing custom backgrounds for details.  We hope to provide similar capability on Android in the near future.
