    Hi there,

    When you sync two devices, your account will be available on both devices. Messages, calls, and emails will go to both devices. As the devices are synced, any changes made on one device will also be made to the other device. Which means if you delete a Sudo on device B, it will also be deleted on device A.

    You can sync MySudo to a device with a different Apple ID, however we recommend only using one Apple ID to manage your subscriptions. Your region should not have any effect once you have synced your devices.

    Hi again. One follow up question. You wrote that you recommend only using one Apple ID to manage subscriptions when the account is synced on two deviced with different Apple IDs.

    I will certianly try to do that but I think there may be occasions when I will only be able to change or upgrade the subscription from the other device and Apple ID.

    What is the nature of the issue? I mean, should it mostly work but sometimes causes problems? Did you mean that if I have account problems with this issue you would be able to solve it from your support?
