    Also I don't want to lose any messages or data, including new messages that are coming in.

    Hi JK,

    If you are using a VPN try changing the server you are connected to some different locations in any of the following countries: 🇦🇺Australia 🇨🇦Canada 🇳🇿New Zealand 🇸🇬Singapore 🇰🇷South Korea 🇬🇧United Kingdom 🇺🇸United States. 

    If possible you can you try disconnecting the VPN and restarting MySudo to see if the app starts working again. 

    If you are not using a VPN, can you let us know which country you are currently in and if you have tried connecting on both WiFi and cellular connections?

    Thank you, changing the VPN fixed it. Other apps with similar capability continued to work before that, so I did not think it was a VPN issue.

    Let me understand this- Do you block paid users who are traveling overseas from using your system? From retrieving messages? 

    I'm having the same symptoms, messages are piling up and I can't retrieve them. This is a mess.

    MySudo should work in most countries. If the app is not working as intended, you can try using a VPN.

    Thanks for the reply. I'll start a new thread with the "unable to play voicemail" issue, other may have it as well.
