App Seriously Malfunctioning

I am not able to make any phone calls, it immediately goes back to the previous page. I am also unable to send an email for support, I get the error message:

Email Not Sent

Please try again later.

Nothing shows up in Notifications in the app even though I got notification of a voicemail, missed calls, etc, which are also not in the individual MySudos.

I tried closing and restarting the app, also tried turning off my iphone and turning it back on. I see no way to contact customer support here so that's the only reason I am posting a message. Please advise as soon as possible what to do.

  Also I don't want to lose any messages or data, including new messages that are coming in.

  Hi JK,

  If you are using a VPN try changing the server you are connected to some different locations in any of the following countries: 🇦🇺Australia 🇨🇦Canada 🇳🇿New Zealand 🇸🇬Singapore 🇰🇷South Korea 🇬🇧United Kingdom 🇺🇸United States. 

  If possible you can you try disconnecting the VPN and restarting MySudo to see if the app starts working again. 

  If you are not using a VPN, can you let us know which country you are currently in and if you have tried connecting on both WiFi and cellular connections?

  Thank you, changing the VPN fixed it. Other apps with similar capability continued to work before that, so I did not think it was a VPN issue.
