Registration Error (iPhone after reset)

I am receiving a registration error after resetting my iphone. I reset the phone a few months ago and then again this week. I am in a supported country on the latest iOS and I tried with and without a VPN and different servers but nothing works. The internet conneciton is good and fast.

I see in a support article that the error can happen if "you have created too many sudo acconts". So what can I do? There is no support ID since the app can't register. Am I to understand that you will block this phone from ever using MySudo again because I reset it a couple of times? Why?

By the way, I've used MySudo on this phone and had a subscription on and off for many years.
