Phone calls fail to connect. Just say "connecting..."

Everything was fine for years.  Now suddenly mySudo can't complete phone calls.  It just says Connecting….  

Now, what?  No support number, nothing to diagnose because I didn't change anything.  App just fails and continues to fail.

  Our telephony provider had an unexpected outage on the weekend that did disrupt our calling service for a small window.  We do apologise for the inconvenience this caused.  This is the first time we have had such an outage and we are working with our telephony provider to understand how this happened and how this can be avoided in the future.

  Same issue. I can still receive text messages, but anyone calling in or me calling out is met with “connecting.”
