Troubleshooting MySudo Handles

If you are experiencing issues with creating or using a Sudo Handle, check the following possible causes:

Unable to Create a Sudo Handle

• You may have used all of your allotted Sudo Handle resets.

• Your handle may not meet the requirements: 4–15 characters, only lowercase letters, numbers, underscores (_), dashes (-), or periods (.)

• The handle is already in use by another user or reserved as an email prefix.

• Your cellular or Wi-Fi connection may be too weak to make changes.

Unable to Message Another MySudo User via Sudo Handle

• Either you or your contact may be experiencing intermittent network issues.

• Either you or your contact may be connected through an unsupported VPN.

• Either you or your contact may be outside the supported countries for MySudo.
