Yes. The MySudo Browser Extension will not work unless you are a MySudo mobile app user. For security reasons, to autofill your MySudo information with the MySudo Browser Extension, your desktop has to link with and partially maintain a connection to the mobile app.
For a data sync to work, you must have your MySudo mobile app open on your mobile device. Once the sync is complete, all your MySudo data will be up to date in your MySudo Browser Extension.
