Unfortunately, some services do not accept MySudo email addresses or MySudo VoIP phone numbers. We’re seeing this improve over time as services change their policies and technology, but we’re not there yet.
We try to have companies remove Sudomail email address from their blocklists, but it may also help if you reach out to any companies that are blocking you to ask why their systems are blocking a paid-for service and whether they can unblock those email address domains and accept VoIP phone numbers.
